I had an incredible experience at Panda Express thanks to Divina, the manager. She was super cool, friendly, and truly went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I came in with my family and our 4 kids, and Divina made sure we were all taken care of from start to finish. She personally checked on us multiple times, made sure our food was fresh, hot, and exactly how we wanted it, and even took the time to interact with the kids—which they loved! It’s rare to find someone in customer service who’s not only professional but also genuine and thoughtful. Divina’s energy and care made us feel like VIPs. She’s a rockstar and a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. Huge thanks to Divina for making our visit so memorable—we’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I purchased the 5-person dinner special, then added mixed veggies to make it an even 6 large. Upon check out, the lady charged me a different item in the I had in the special instead of the veggies, which made it a lot more expensive . Even after she was told that the veggies were a side added. Always make sure you are being charged correctly. On top of that, the rice had dried lumps that were not cooked completely, the mixed vegetables needed more time to soften , it wasn't that busy, so why rush on cooking the food

Food was ok... came through drive thru and all our food was there. BUT the PORTIONS WERE EXTREMELY SMALL FOR THE BIG PLATTER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED as this has been an ongoing problem with the teriyaki chicken...as it is VERY PLAIN, DRY AND NO TERIYAKI ON THE CHICKEN. The 3rd item is always small.... Tonight I felt that they were extremely busy and didnt want to cook more food and dished out small portions to make it last til the end of the night. Drive thru staff was ok , received food at a reasonable time, it was warm, and she said have a good night...FIX THE TERIYAKI CHICKEN and make sure if the menu board says it has teriyaki chicken then Please make it ... and Portion wise IS NOT ENOUGH FOR TWO PEOPLE AS STATED IN ANOTHER REVIEW. Had to go...

Got Beijing beef Beef broccoli Chowmien rice Kids meal They told me water came with the kids meal I asked for a lemonade for my son instead and the girl told me only water comes with the kids meal. This is my 5th time in a row these people can't get my order right. Gave me half rice half chow mien when chow mien only was ordered. Its panda. Foods the same no matter where u go. Its decent never changes I'm writing about the garage service I get at this one and the main street hesperia panda. It's ridiculous neither one of these places can get their orders right.

Start an in service or fire people because you're giving me so many reasons to complain.
