El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Victorville

I see I got some automated reply but if you actually read my comment you would know I already used that suggestion twice and still haven't heard anything back. Ordered through the app got the confirmation, Never received my food. I definitely still got charged for it. I contacted the company through their website and tried contacting them through social media platforms and still have yet to receive a response 3 days later. El Pollo loco has been notorious in messing up my order either giving me something I didn't ask for and not giving me what I did ask for or giving me incomplete orders. I always check before leaving because I know it is a regular occurrence. I was charged $50 and have definitely decided to only go to the competitors now. Horrible customer service, ordered a pollo bowl and a grande aguacado chicken bowl, the chicken in both of them was as if it was the checken that was left over after cleaning the grill, shredded, an amount much less then what you can grab with the tips of your fingers. Went back to ask for the regular chicken cubes that originally come with both bowls and was told that was the "new way" when even in the picture of display the chicken is in cubes! When she gave my bowls back it was with an attitude and still extremely small amounts of chicken! First and last time we will come here. Not recommend at ALL! Go to a different location!
