For the past month the coke ALWAYS tastes watered down. We’ve gone on multiple occasions, different times, mornings, midday, night. You cant even go inside to change the drink because they have had and continue to have the inside self serve soda area closed. I went inside the last time I ordered coke from the drive thru because I was tired of going home with watered down coke, tasted more like sugar water. When I told the cashier if they could switch my drinks, she said “the chef is about to change the coke right now” and i told her i didnt mind switching to a diff soda since it tasted watered down. She walked to the back and was coming back when another woman with headset, angrily took my cups and said whats wrong. I told her the soda tastes watered down, i wanted to change my drink but the self serve is closed. She said “what drink?!”, i replied coke on both she walked away with my cups of soda, took them to the drive thru area and walked back into the kitchen. Then the original cashier came back with my drinks 6 mins later, (i saw the time since it was taking long to change some drinks and my husband was waiting in the car). To get home and the 🍟fries are half full of ketchup is VERY FRUSTRATING when we only bought them to help 'you sir that was up selling over the headset"... Now they did fix our order... my drink was a 🥤Sprite which I hadn't tasty yet but because we now had no ice in it...it was tasted and it wasnt even Sprite. The WORKER went to the back and said "We are all out of Sprite..." so I had to get dark soda which I didnt want but JUST WANTED TO GET HOME. THANK YOU TO THE UPSELL GUY THAT ALSO FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT TO WASTE GAS TO COME BACK FOR THAT AND WE ONLY BOUGHT IT FOR YOU WAS FRUSTRATING!!!!.... NEXT TIME WE WONT LEAVE UNTIL WE LOOK AT THE BAG. I TRY TO HELP WITH TIMERS AS I KNOW THEM WELL... SO I MINIMIZE OUR QUESTIONS AT THE WINDOW AND HELP YOU KEEP TIMES LOW... Read moreThis is the second time I go at night, around 10:30 or 11 pm. On July 16 there was a young lady taking orders out side (which i personally think is unsafe at that time in adelanto) she was very kind and had good personality, she took my order and read everything back to me to make sure she didn’t miss anything I had ordered. However, when I got to the window there was a very rude employee. From what I could see, she was playing around inside with another employee, she didn’t even acknowledge me at the window. When she finally did open the window to hand me my order, I asked her if my order was all there, she said yes so I said thank you and left. When I got home the cheese burger and quesadilla I had ordered were missing. I also had a missing drink. I tried calling 3 times but nobody ever answered. I was very unhappy with the service here. I should have double checked the bag for my items but what is the point of spending more time in the drive thru checking for my items when It is the employees responsibility to make sure everything the customer ordered...
