Fresh Wok — Restaurant in Adelanto

Reason why I'm posting this review is when I first moved to the area the food was good whenever you got there first thing in the morning but if we got there too late in the day the food was very stale burnt. Anyway not fresh. Then one day I was standing behind a young black male in his mid-twenties he was trying to place an order for himself when he was ordering the staff member female worker I noticed was being very rude noticeably discriminatory and was very racist in the sense of her service I am a light skinned hispanic most of the time I'm considered white from appearance but I'm Mexican anyway regardless of race she was obviously some Asian Chinese whatever the case is I blatantly seen her be rude disrespectful and discriminatory because every time she dealt with me she was all smiles and trying to be friendly and whatever that was that she was trying to do with her behavior and mannerisms towards myself. But towards the young man was rude disrespectful and races so I stepped up I said something to her so when I got to the register my $50 worth of food for my girlfriend and my household I told her that because of her behavior and the way she was rude and racist towards that young man that I would never shopped or purchase or buy food in their establishment ever...

My husband and I come here very often. The food is very good. Always fresh. They plate u a lot of food. The plates u can make 2 meals out of it. I am giving this place a 4 star because im noticing the service is really starting to get bad. There is a lady that works there. She has been extremely rude the last couple of times that I've been there. Not directly towards me.

The last time I was there which was a month ago. She had told one of the cooks that they needed more chow main. The guy didn't hear her so he said "what". She rudely repeated what they needed and as the guy walked back in the back She says " if you clean your ears out maybe u could hear me!"

Then today the customer in front of me got a plate and then at the last minute changed there mind on a item and asked for something else. They gave her something different and the lady that works there said outloud "she don't know what she wants"

To me, as a costumer I think it is VERY rude to talk about ur co-worker and a costumer like that. Specially in front of a bunch of customers. This women really needs a talking to or a attitude adjustment.

Lastely, u got to know when to come cause on certain times it gets so...

Food purchased on 8-22-2021 The Food is old, my son threw his food up and I could eat mine.My husband shrimp fried rice was old he could it. I could taste that food was not fresh!!! Stop posting its fresh wok!!! If you’re going to sell old orange chicken & old chow mein the chicken in the string beans was not fresh. Fresh means you cook it fresh every day then it’s fresh!!! I can see you have forgotten or never knew what fresh is!!! If you’re going to add yesterday old food with today fresh food then that food is not fresh!!! You can alway tell when orange chicken isn’t fresh it has a gravy to it. Not crunchy crispy when freshly fried…The Old women was rude My son threw up all of the food had a headache after eating it…I had to pray for him and give him excedrin pm to feel better… Stop selling old food to customers. I’m sure you don’t do your family like that!!! You won’t have a chance to sell me any more… Because I won’t be back.., If you want fresh food try Panda Inn in Ontario… They have a reputation of at least 28 yrs I’ve gone there the food has never been served old or day...
