Probably I'm the only one....every time i buy from this particular store...i have to check my food before leaving the window...just to find out, im getting less meat on my food than it suppose to be..in my opinion i should get what im paying for/ what company is advertising, without me having to be worry 5/21/19 i buy 5 mini quesadillas, when i ✔ my food i notice 3 to 4 small strings of 🐔, take those back and a lady sees me en tell me "what happened" instead of how may i help u Anyways told her the story, she got the courage to tell me that the cook over load one of the quesadillas. Them i ask 4 manager, he remains calm and explaine that mini quesadillas only have 1oz of meat and added that 1oz is half of one little black cup, showed me the cup, that's when i pull the chicken out of the quesadilla, only quarter of cup was fill..... Thank you TACO BELL from now on will try my best to buy somewhere else...
Read moreIf I can give it 0 stars, then I will. I went through the drive through and the wait was absolutely horrible. I wanted to order the $5 Crave Deal box, but it wasn't on the menu. When I asked about the item in question, I was told it was no longer $5 and that it was now $5.99. (There are commercials still advertised on t.v. for the deal being $5) So since she was so rude about it, I decided to go inside. The wait was much longer than dealing in the drive through. So I finally got to order my food, where the cashier was much more polite and I proceeded to order my meal. It took them 20 minutes to make 2 $5 boxes. Irritated, I leave the restraunt and drop one of my beverages. I go back inside to ask for a replacement, and another team member proceeds to tell me that she can't and "it's not her problem". I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that the manager was on break. I will proceed to call corporate! The service is unacceptable, and I won't EVER return to...
Read moreThe manager needs mayor training, with some serious MANDATORY anger management. Unfortunately I cannot share her name since she refuse to give it to us. Her anger and clear frustration began shortly after our “hello we are here to pick up a mobile order”. For something as simple as not having a drink available. (Understandable) we requested an available drink that already comes with the combo. She refused to refund the up charge for the specialty drink that was not available and in addition would not upgrade the drink that comes with the combo to a large size for just an additional 10cents. She refused to service us and closed the window on us. To avoid further mistreatment by this manager we drove 6mins further down to pick up our mobile order at another location.
