Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Victorville

Wienerschnitzel user to be my favorite fast food restaurant this location has been turning wienerschnitzel into my least favorite fast food restaurants they skimp on cheese skimp on chili I visited there today picked up some CC fries and I've been wanting to try the Trix shake for a while now but its 3.99 so I've been up in the air about dropping almost 5 bucks when I've been let down on expectations at this place multiple times so far as well the CANDY shakes that they sell cost the same 3..99 which in they're flyers they've been putting out for months now offer a $1 off coupon the CANDY shakes yet they won't honor the coupon on the equally priced Trix shake so today I finally gave in ordered it tried to used the coupon instantly shut down on using it at the window which I was kind expected but took the chance ready to say nevermind I don't want it and bringing up the point that instead of honor the coupon and accept 3 dollars they'd rather accept no payment and throw the shake away.. instead I held my lip on payed the full price and wouldn't you know the damn thing was about half melted by time I pulled out the parking lot and when I got home hoping to at least be able to enjoy my CC fries sat down opened the box usual scarce amount of cheese and the chili was about room temperature and the fries were soggy and colder than the cashier that handed me the food in the drive thru..... sorry wienerschnitzel it looks like our days are coming...

My wife and I visited this location so that my 3 and 6 year olds could use the restroom. The person at the register, Yesenia, made my wife wait while my children danced around and almost soiled themselves. Yesenia explained that it was store policy to have the customer purchase something before they can be allowed to use the restroom. My wife asked if the kids could use the restroom first and then she would purchase something. Today is my son's 6th birthday and my wife was going to purchase him and our other two kids ice cream as well as a drink for herself. Yesenia said she had to purchase something first and then they would be allowed access to the coveted restroom. I understand that, because the area we live in has a lot of issues with homeless and restroom abuse, policies like these are in place but at what point do common sense, customer service, and just plain human decency go out the window? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that my two children are not the reasons policies like this were implemented. Not only did you lose businesses today, you lost our business forever....

I am a wienerschnitzel fan BUT Go to another location!!! Don't go here!!! Spend your money elsewhere.... Very disappointing...the customer doesn't matter here....not managed right.

So my food was ok except for the old dried overcooked corn dogs that seem burnt and dried out. The place seems to have them precooked and will give out the old ones first and they are way too old yet they are still given out. To save $?

The one unisex that was a man's restroom that has the urinal with a plastic bag over it is very dirty and has door locking issues. The employees seem bothered and above cleaning the restroom and don't care because they don't have to use it. There is another clean restroom that was the women's restroom that locks BUT the employees keep it locked and put an out of order sign on it so no one can use it. Definitely not a regularly cleaned place like other locations or compared to a mc Donald's or burger king. Makes you wonder about the kitchen and your food.

Doesn't some regional manager manage and check on this...
