Sakura Boba Cafe — Restaurant in Victorville

Hello! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and til this day I’ve always had the most tastiest drinks ever! The staff are always super friendly and I’ve met the owner a couple of times and has always been friendly and helpful as well. I want to thank them for always making my drink perfect, 3 months ago a family member had passed away, he would always get drinks with me and my sisters here and would get a specific drink. Lately I’ve been coming to the boba shop more often to get the drink he always would get and it always taste perfect every time regardless if there were any new workers. Whenever I get the drink and taste it, it makes me feel closer to him. Also, I want to thank the workers for working hard! Working in a boba shop or any kinds of work that has to do with drinks and foods, its never easy. They are a popular boba shop in the high desert, so whoever is hating on them for taking long with the orders, taking long with making the drinks can go to a class where they teach respect and manners. I’ve been there and seen how hard the workers work, how many orders they make for not just 1 boba drink, but for more than 5 drinks in 1 order! If they ever made a drink for you and you didn’t like it, then that’s your own will if you want to come back or not, not theirs! Also, stop blaming the workers who didn’t even do anything to you, they can also refuse service for any of the people who come in...

I just left and bought two smoothies from this place and there was A Hispanic girl that was rude very cold and disrespectful did not know how to talk to customers at all she messed up my two smoothies by adding boba to them and she was talking to me like if I was a little girl very much rude disrespectful I always come here to buy smoothies but with her being like this I’m not going to come back anytime soon or refer my co workers family friends and won’t bring my daughter here plain disrespectful and rude the only one that was kind and respectful was the girl at the cashier I’m very upset this made me mad how she was talking to me when she wasn’t letting me talk she was very much rude I can’t I’m going to talk to her boss and tell him about her poor customer service on top of that I left a tip also my cups weren’t changed I still found boba in one of...

This was my second time here. I returned because the boba was good. But I will never go back again. No one greets you. Me and my daughter waited 30 minutes for boba. Just for them to get my drink order wrong. So I explained that it was wrong. Instead of them apologizing, the girl told me that it was my responsibility to make sure I had the correct drink when they repeat it. Even tho no one repeated it. And I told her my order that I actually ordered. And she told me that she couldn’t give it to me because it was more expensive. And she was extremely rude.
