The store is clean and well stocked, the issue I had was there were NO employees I could find throughout the store. I had to go to the front register twice to ask a question and for assistance, while waiting in line for others to check out. I spent more time looking for employees and walking to the front for assistance, than I spent shopping. While we were there a lamp fell and shattered, broken glass everywhere, and no employees came by or were anywhere to be found. I told the cashier about the broken lamp when I was checking out about twenty minutes later. The staff at the registers were all very nice and helpful but it is incredibly frustrating not being able to find one throughout the store for help! While this store does have great items at helpful prices I was not impressed today. Took my elderly mother looking for the heated blankets that had been advertised online. Spent 20 minutes walking around the store and never found an associate to assist. Ended up going to the register and was told they never sold them? When I questioned the associate changed the story to being out at this time. Also questioned why I couldn't find help on the floor and was told two associates were working in the whole store?!?! I could have walked out with cart full of items and not been caught. Why would she say that?! Don't buy their black coated silverware? I bought black coated silverware about a year ago. It's dishwasher safe but most of them have coating that is coming off. Badly! And not just on the areas that get used. The handles have finish that is coming off. Brought them in and told manager I realize it's a year later but you don't expect to replace silverware every year. My mother has sliverware that is 25 years old. The manager wrote me off and said they don't carry that and sounded like he didn't believe I bought them there. I went and found the product on the shelf and went back to him and he finally said he would replace them for me but was still hesitant because...
