I was just about to place an order from DoorDash, which it still said I had 15 minutes left to place my order, it was 8:29 PM, store closes at 9, and I called the store asking a question about a sauce where she informed me they had already shut down their system and will not be receiving any orders from any app. I asked why they did not notify DoorDash and all she said was we don’t have to. We decided to turn it off for the night. So I’m sorry about that. That was all she had to say. Had I not have called to ask a question about sauce, I would be sitting for endless amount of time waiting for my order, not even knowing it’s not gonna be complete since they just turned off their system at their own Decision without notifying anybody. I am somebody who has been part of Retail management, I personally strive on customer service. This is actually horrible customer service, and it seems to be lazy so they can get out early. I understand having to turn systems off at times, I am very familiar how the DoorDash system works, from working in a previous restaurant. Read moreI was there on a Sunday ordered a wreck original with utz and diet coke. The employee said he had to remake my sandwich. Once I got home and ate my sandwich I was baffled. Typically when you let a sandwich sit for a bit it makes the wich more tasty given the ingredients have had a chance to integrate. The highlight of my sandwich was the mayo. Not sure why he "remade" my sandwich being that it tasted like nothing. I will say there are people who are into sandwiches that taste like cardboard just like Jimmy John's however this place has Jimmy John's flavor-less food beat. Mind you I haven't been to Potbelly in at least five years. Read moreThe male counter person is so arrogant, so rude. I never had any encounter in other restaurants like this. He should assist customer and not be arrogant . He should have say it nicely to customer if he can’t hear the order of customer coz I was wearing a mask - I should not have worn it but I just followed the CDC guidelines to wear a mask regardless if you are fully vaxx or not. If he doesn’t feel well to work he should have taken a rest go home and don’t work and then show his arrogance and rudeness in front of customers. If he has problem at home don’t bring it to work and be arrogant in front of customers. Sorry but I feel the food that we order doesn’t taste good anymore because of the customer service so I throw it all in the garbage and ordered food at chipotle.
