It was a nice place but I’d probably never go there again. At least at this location. The associate (woman) was nice, a little blunt but was nice. We were getting our baby’s ears pierced today. We’re first time parents so it was new to us and don’t know what to expect. Everything was pretty smooth until her ears were pierced. Obviously, she cried. My husband had a bottle ready for her to distract her, he was going to put the tip of the bottle in her mouth to distract her and maybe she’d start sucking or calming down. She just started teething, and her favorite thing to bite is the bottle nipple. The woman yelled at my husband telling him that’s going to make her choke and to let her cry. It’s really one thing to politely tell him that, but she abruptly yelled at him “DONT DO THAT SHE WILL CHOKE” which took both of us by surprise. I’m sorry but she had no right really speaking to us that way almost as if she’s the parent who knew better than us. There was another woman who helped do the piercing but walked away immediately after and went to the back. After everything was done, no one looked at my child again to make sure she was okay or how the piercings were, I got up to walk around and distract her and the associate immediately was with another customer already. I was very confused. As I’m trying to distract my child (not leaving yet) the woman tells us goodbye and but then said we were forgetting the cleaning solution (in a attitude type way?). We weren’t forgetting it because we weren’t leaving yet, it had only been a minute or two since our child got her ears pierced. no one approached us again and was busy with the next customer straight away. We felt pretty dismissed and rushed after that, feeling not worth anyone’s time lol. Honestly even the customer that she immediately helped seemed very uptight and above everyone else. This was all just so out of place. As a first time mom, I would recommend to go to a dedicated piercing, tattoo, or doctors office that will do it for you, not this location.

The cleaning solution they give is also a pretty tiny bottle. Which isn’t necessarily one of my complaints but just so others are aware. The only thing I really liked is that they’re upfront with the price with...

My son recently purchased a bracelet for his girlfriend at D'Errico's in Mt Kisco. It turned out that the bracelet had some sort of factory-related manufacturing defect (having nothing to do with D'Errico's) and needed to be replaced. Richie D'Errico worked with us to replace the bracelet with a new one and delivered it in a timely manner.

My take-away -despite the inconvenience- is, overall, very positive. Richie stands behinds his product and makes good on his promise to deliver satisfaction. Throughout the experience, Richie was pleasant and accommodating. He even enclosed a note of apology to my son which meant a lot to him. And oh, by the way, the bracelet is beautiful.

You learn a lot about a person and a place of business when things don't go perfectly. I learned that Richie D'Errico is a good guy who cares about his customers, who honorably stands behind his work and who crafts beautiful jewelry and it is for these reasons that I would shop at D'Errico again...

I wanted to buy a diamond ring as a special birthday present for my wife, and met Oranit at the store and explained what I was looking for and what my budget was. She was very informative about diamonds and said she would locate some that we could look at together. A few days later she told me she had found a beautiful diamond within my budget. We met again and looked at it together. It was, in fact, a gorgeous diamond, larger than I had expected, with beautiful cut, clarity and color. She helped me pick a simple but elegant setting for it. Right after, I watched as Richie, the owner, set the stone in the setting. I payed for the ring and took it home that same day.
