Michaels — Local services in Village of Germantown

I am not review person I hardly write reviews about any place but i had a worst experience in Thai store.the staff is really rude I order a drive up and I went there and I called them can u bring my stuff I'm outside and the girl on the phone said we don't do drive up after 6.30 and I requested her it doesn't anything like this on ur website she said we can't do anything and I told her I have a baby with me please can u do favor and give it to me I'm right outside the door .she said if u want come inside and when I went in the store there were 4 girl and the store was almost empty I told them I requested u guys to come out and give me but one of the girl Mai behaved with me she was so rude and other was smiling .definitely not going there again and will tell all my friends...

Very friendly person working the framing counter. She was really helpful in choosing complimentary matting for the painting I was having framed. There was a sale going on that saved me significantly which was very nice. My painting was ready earlier than expected. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that once everything was selected, the paperwork couldn't be printed because the printer was out of paper. The manager was notified and we waited 25 minutes and the manager still didn't return. The individual helping me found some used paper that had a blank side to print on and...

The store was empty and another customer called out repeatedly " is there anyone that can help me...ANYONE? HELLO? HELLO?" This went on for 17 minutes (yes I kept track) I tried to help her as much as I could but I couldn't cut the ribbon in the floral area. Still no HELP. I have NEVER experienced a situation ever.
