UPDATE: I am going to keep the 5 stars ā that I previously gave them because I know this particular restaurant's potential. I have never had a bad encounter at Chick -fil-A ever. Yesterday 02/28/24 around 9:30pm we went to get food. We ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich combo with sweet tea, grill chicken sandwich combo with sweet tea, 8 piece chicken nuggets, and medium macaroni and cheese. I also asked for mayo on my sandwich, which the young lady said she can give me a packet. When I started ordering the young lady just kept me asking me feel rushed. I said can I get a spicy chicken sandwich with a sweet tea and she would respond....okay is that all. Just felt rush! She was nice but still rushing me. I get to the window and the young gentleman was nice. He confirmed my name for the order. We waited about 4 minutes. When he handed me my food asked was my mayo packet in the bag and he responded yes. Now I usually check my food at other places but I never had to do that at Chick fil A. I get my food and we get to be our destination.... My grill chicken sandwich was just warm, not hot. My fries were half way filled and just warm. Fries should be hot! They gave me a 6 piece chicken nugget instead of an 8 piece and a small mac and cheese instead of a medium size. The nuggets and Mac were good even though it was the wrong size. They rest of the food was mediocre. I do not expect this from this establishment. You have already set the bar high, don't lower it now. I expect better, even if it was 30mins before closing, if your open serve hot food. Do better next time! Thank you!
Chick-fil-A is great! Food was hot and fresh. The regular and spicy chicken is great. They have the best macaroni and cheese in any fast food joint. They have the best drive thru service that was ever invented. It's quick and runs efficiently. The staff is always nice, friendly, amazing, and accommodating. You can even order lunch during breakfast time, if you do not mind waiting. Even though you know you have to wait, they bring you gift cards and apologizes for taking so long. Great Customer Service!!! I want every restaurant in the US to take a page out of Chik-fil-A training book and start learning how to treat your customers. Keep up...

Me and my sister waited in line for 15 minutes watching the other lane continue to mover before Michelle finally came over and acknowledged us. The lady behind me starts complaining because she had her order and she wanted to get out of the driver through. Sean a staff member asked me to move so the lady behind can get out which was fine if all customers were satisfied. They finally stated they didnāt have my order and there was nothing they could do for me. Out of all of the locations Iāve been to this is the worst the worst of them all. My sister went inside to get a refund and she heard Michelle and Sean talking Sean said ā they can go somewhere else , why were they holding up the line anyway ā. He better be very happy I wasnāt the one that walked up to hear that. If Michelle wouldāve came over to us when we first arrived vs only paying attention to the lane that was closer to her , we wouldnāt have held up the line. If I paid for a service why wouldnāt I stay in lineā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦. Whole time Michelle cancelled our order just to get us out of the drive through. And thatās discrimination at its finest. Why would you tell us it wasnāt in the system knowing you cancelled it Michelle ?which she probably gave me a fake name she didnāt have on a name tag like Sean did. When ordering online via the app (one would think it should be a flawless experience) somehow weāve eliminated the middle man and errors are on the person keying in the order. When comparing my online order with what was in the bag⦠it was severely wrong. Label matched my order so why should I check the bag⦠chick-fil-a has a long standing of quality, compassion, integrity, & the ability to do things right the 1st time.
Well unlike the other stores⦠this one is BEYOND SLOW & Canāt make a single order correct without completely messing up.
Words of wisdom to all you Members out there: be prepared to wait an above average wait time & triple check the bag before you leave⦠9 times out of 10 itās wrong.
Chick-Fil-A should be embarrassed to call this a store⦠the Owners Should be ashamed to even say āmy pleasureā at this point. They should be saying something to the extent āthank you for being a valued Guest & tolerating our service while we work on...
