I love going to rainbow beach. But today's experience was different. The manager on staff today did nothing but yell at all the paying customers. She didn't not raise her voice at my children, but she yelled at every single kid who broke any rule. In my opinion if the children break a rule, tell them hey you broke this rule if you do it again ill have to ask you to leave. It's pretty simple. But the amount of screaming and hollering I heard from the manager alone was enough for me to be discussed. She apologized to me for being so rude to the children but she did not apologize to the children. When she apologized I simply spoke my mind and told her it's not okay for her to behave this way people don't pay money for her to scream at our children or anyone else's children for that matter I told her I was done with my statement I just had to speak up so I too did not get in trouble or cause a scene and I left it at that. But I strongly suggest that Rainbow Beach teaches this manager how to treat her paying customers or she needs...
Read moreToday I went to rainbow beach expecting to have a good time with friends. unfortunately when i saw the way the staff/lifeguards was treating the paying customers it completely ruined my experience and i will NOT be going back. The lifeguards were absolutely horrible, not paying attention, too busy fiddling around to care. they also yelled at a young girl when she was struggling to stay above water so she had grabbed on to one of the lane ropes to stay up and get her self up to shore considering she was struggling swimming. they were getting on to pointless things instead of giving a warning. I think the staff should really work on the way they treat their customers. instead of being rude, give people warnings and if they don’t listen then you can kick them out. not to mention they are sitting around gossiping about swimmers, i heard it myself. absolutely disgusts me, overall they were just completely unprofessional and rude, and they have for sure lost a few...
Read moreTook my 3 toddlers today. They loved the kid area with the 2 water slides and the sprinkler area. There is a separate area for older kids, separate area for diving board, separate area for big water slides, and a separate area for swimming. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Can't beat the cheap prices to get in $2.50 for 5-17 years and $3.50 for adults. There is a snack shack with a table area. Near the water are chairs and some areas have canopies. There are restrooms with changing/shower stalls as well. Definitely recommend taking your family! We will be back again soon!! Thank you...
