My husband and I bought our wedding bands at a different jewelry store but I wanted to surprise my husband by getting his band engraved and decided to go to Pipers. I dropped it off, but i received a phone call the next day telling me the ring had sadly broken. As apologetic as Travis was this was no fault of his own, but the type of metal my husband wanted his ring. He gave me my options, he would be shipping multiple rings in the next couple of days so we could come by and see which one looked most like the original. That we did and what did my husband do you might ask - he chose an entirely different style of ring they carried in store. I still wanted to get the ring engraved as a somewhat surprise at this point but Travis was going to be traveling out of the country right before our wedding. He got back in town the day of our wedding (4am to be exact) went to the store, engraved the ring, then HAND DELIVERED it to me the day of our wedding. I was visiting from California and brought my grandmothers first communion gift to me, a gift she got me from the Vatican in Rome. Both the staff and the owner are very friendly and knowledgeable. I shopped for months for my now wife's engagement ring. I showed him pictures and he went far beyond and above. Wedding band was custom designed and built by him. Just a great place to do business. Price is competitive as far as I know. I have honesty stopped looking any were else they are my go to. You have quality and that one of a kind when you want or need it. I feel my wife's jewelry should be as special as her. Yet another trip to this fine establishment.
