Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Vincennes

Editing a 5 year old '5-star' review to update it to the newly earned '1-star'. Congratulations! This is what Buffalo Wild Wings in Vincennes has slipped to. This is sad because you just remodeled the inside too. If you cant find people who want to work, then you might as well close the doors now. The most recent and my very last visit was a carry out online order. Come on in at the time they tell you and wait at their ghost "to-go" counter. Maybe someone will acknowledge your presence in the first 15-20 minutes; if you're lucky! Sometimes servers from the dinning area will look over at you standing there, but they don't seem to want to relay the message to anyone in charge of the ghost counter. Your food wont be ready though according to the person that you finally talk to, but your food will be cold when you finally get it home! Amazing, maybe the cook had the food ready on time and someone just didn't bother putting it in a bag and giving it to you at the time you were told to pick it up. Great job done by you guys and good luck in the future.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food was great but the service was terrible. My roommate and I got there and waited at the door for almost 15 minutes when a waitress spotted us as she was sitting at a booth on her phone. She then took us back and we had to wait in the middle of the restaurant as she cleaned off the table. When we sat down we noticed there was still food all over the seats and the table so she went and grabbed cleaner and sprayed it as we were sitting there. We then waited almost 20 minutes for our waitress to come and take our order. As we were finishing up we noticed that the waitress never came back to give us refills on our drinks but was way more interested in flirting with a table of men. When she finally came back to refill our drinks we politely asked for some boxes and the check. She asked us to go to the front to pay. Surprise surprise we waited another 10 minutes up front and watched her talking with the other table about nonsense. The restaurant wasn’t that busy at all and we sat right in the middle of the room so I know she saw us. It was overall a bad experience and I have no plans on returning...

I arrived, and there was no hostess. I stood there for close to 3 minutes when I finally saw a host who asked me if I was dining in, but then walked back to the kitchen since there were two people waiting for carryout. More than 3 minutes passed, and a party of 5-6 persons arrived. Another host went to them and walked them into the seating area. I was offended because she pretty much did not realize, and she never asked, that there were individual parties and that I was first. Seeing that while I was waiting, I did not see a single table serviced on for more than 5 minutes, and that I was pretty much ignored, I left. The answer from the chain is not to direct my concerns to their website. It is to acknowledge that they have a problem with this location and that it needs to be fixed. Based on other experiences I endure personally at this location, I will no longer patronize this location. I was traveling last constantly to Monterrey, Mexico, and they have a location in San Pedro Garcia. In six months of going there weekly or a couple of times in a week, I never had a major issue.
