Made an online order online tonight, accidentally didn’t change the settings to delivery . Called to clarify I needed it sent out instead of it being a pick up. I had ordered & paid for it online. I was told it would be up to the driver if they wanted to deliver it to me or not . I was going to just cancel the order but they advised me that I wouldn’t receive the refund for a few days . So I went ahead and told the receptionist to “ask”? I have a 4month old baby who’s on oxygen I can’t just drag him out in the middle of the night. So the driver asked where I live then since it was close I’m guessing she agreed. I was honestly surprised that I was actually even hearing that. Especially since delivery was an option for tonight . The pizza was fresh though & I still tipped. but as far as customer service I was not satisfied. It’ll be a long time before I consider ordering from here again. Read moreThe male rep on the phone on 1/3/21 at 10:51pm was so rude and snippy with me I didn't even want to finish the order. How can you LIVE here and not know where the college is anyway? I was going to tip $10 on a single large order, but rude phone reps generally make it hard for drivers to be tipped well or even have an order to take at all. I figured I'd roll the dice and see if this PJs was any different than the others these days and it isn't. I spent nearly 5 years with PJs while I was in college and would fully expect to be fired if I generally greeted customers with a monotone voice that just makes the rep sound miserable. At least fake it if you want sales... take it from someone who ran a million...
Read moreWe got a card for a free pizza. So we called and let them know we had a card from the manager for a free pizza. He said he would transfer us to the front desk understandably. (I figured we would have to let the manager know we had the card.) He transfers us and the phone clicks and hangs up. So I call back and tell him what happened. He was nice and transferred me again. I literally sat on hold for 10 minutes and then gave up.
