ALDI — Local services in Violet Township

Online Order - 0155-2111-4551-4507 Very ridiculous when you arrive to pick up your online order and they say I did not order it from their store. Then I was basically scolded for using the aldi.com website to order and not instacart. I received all notifications from Aldi / Instacart about my order. The manager did not know how to find my order on aldi.com or instacart. Couldn’t look it up by order number. Aldi needs to put the pick up location on the order screen in case of issues. Because of this I almost left the store without my order. Then the man that had told me I ordered from the wrong store/wrong app found my order in the back completed. I think they should check in the back before telling a customer a bunch of wrong information and making them upset because now Aldi and Instacart have NO WAY of looking up your order. The Aldi's in Pickerington is THE BEST. So clean and a peaceful atmosphere. I stop here even when I don't particularly need anything because there is always something else I want to try. Any of the brioche breads are great. I will never buy another plain ol' hot dog bun. They have brioche sub buns and more. Today I got fresh mozzarella, cilantro lime chicken. There's a good variety of organic canned goods in GLASS JARS of which I'm beginning to this product line also. 96% lean ground beef is $4.99 lb. Oh, and they offer butter every bit as good as Land O Lakes! Sometimes I pick up name brands like Bob Evan's but no matter what it's a shopper's delight. I absolutely love this store! I personally love the smaller size as it means I can be in and out quickly, or at least as quickly as their “home” aisles will let me! Honestly, I don’t feel the need to have 30 mustard options, so smaller is better for me. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of the food and sundry items, especially for the price! The money I save by shopping here can not be overstated. Even with the random home aisle purchases I come out under my food budget.
