Went to pick up a gallon of deck stain. Waited 15 minutes for help. Help came an older gentleman with a goatee and a young man. Had extreme difficulty in the mixing and trying to figure what was what. Young gentleman got frustrated at the older employee and disappeared. Old gentleman got the paint mixed, put in the shaker wrong and paint can busted open. Guy was dumb founded and I suggested put what's left in a blank can and I will be good. He did, went to put it the shaker and told me the can will not work in the shaker and I will just have to take to home and stir it and said all I was doing is making his life complicated. I had gone there for one specific item. Having never been there before, I asked one of the employees where that item was, and was told exactly where it was.    Read moreWould not accept an $7 unopened return for a credit without a receipt. I had only purchased less than 24 hrs before and Roger refused the return because I did not have the paper receipt. Item was unopened. I know this is bull. The guy just did not want to be bothered for some reason. All stores will at least give you credit if you canât produce a receipt. This guy would not honor free 30 day return policy. I will drive the xtra miles to Home Depot to avoid this embarrassment.
