My wife and I recently renovated our kitchen. On the advice of our Kitchen Designer, we went to East Coast Builders Direct where we met Matt DeVries. We met Matt at the showroom where he walked us through the various options and styles – we settled on GE Profile for our appliances. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we were finally ready to order (there was some coordination required with the overall project schedule), we processed the order over the phone which saved us a trip. I would like to thank Carlos the driver & his crew Jason & Cliff for their professionalism, hard work & eagerness to give excellent customer service during my delivery. It was not an easy task getting the appliances into my 2nd floor condo but their enthusiasm, ingenuity, & can do attitudes made it happen. Personable and Knowledgeable. While I was on duty in the Navy and my parents were down for the weekend and represented me when my new appliances arrived for delivery. Not only did he install my dishwasher properly he also fixed the previous homeowner issues with the unit. I had problems with the people who showed up earlier in the week dropping off the fridge and oven.
