La Promenade Distinctive Shops — Local services in Virginia Beach

I love this little shopping center! Despite the access roads surrounding it that make entrance a bit of an adventure, it's filled to the brim with great shops.

Years ago, I found my beautiful wedding dress in a bridal shop here that has changed hands a few times since but was here last time I looked (under different name and management).

I love Aldo's, the best Italian food in the area. I LOVE the bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt Cake, they are moist and delicious and always make anyone happy at a great price.

I also believe there is a Chico's and Soma in this center now as well as a small coffee shop, a few other speciality clothing stores, and furniture and lamps.

My friend and I went here while on vacation and our experience was not that great. The Chico's here didn't have a very good & well balanced selection of clothing. Mostly animal prints. Our sales person was minimally helpful, especially for Chico's which is known for customer service.
