At lunch today we ordered delivery. Had a staple in the 2nd bite of my food which imbedded in my palate and my friends Sesame Chicken was inedible. I called and asked for a refund. Someone who said they were a manager took my call and after a rather rude interchange they told me they were busy but the owner would bring me a refund after the lunch rush. I called back at 4pm when no one had showed. A male who said he was a manager only had a 20 and 2 fives so he couldn't make change for a refund. I showed him the staple and the unbeaten food which he grabbed and he called me a liar saying the container didn't look opened. They need to get their stories straight on who's who in their store. Horrible...I just ordered from here and am soooooo upset that I wasted $34 plus $2 to. I mentioned the free egg rolls that they forgot (but did come back with them). I recieved what looked to be old chicken wings that were not crispy at all, shrimp fried rice that I could literally count the shrimp, burnt and dry spare ribs. I asked for beef and broccoli with light sauce, I have never seen watery beef and broccoli before!!! We complained when they came back with the egg rolls, even showed her the burnt rib, and the girl simple said sorry and got back in her car. I will not patron this place again!! Got the lunch special today, it was delicious! Pricing is moderate and the service was quick. The store isn't that big but they have tables and seating. The decor is very cute and typical of most Chinese restaurants. They also had a fish tank, which I thought was very cute. It didn't take long to get my food, and it tasted hot and fresh! This was my first time going there and I will definitely be back. I have been looking for a good Chinese take out restaurant since I moved to this part of Virginia Beach and I think this is it! I'm not sure why it's only gotten 3.3 stars from reviews, in my opinion...
