Thank you for knowing what is the ailments causes that made my life a living h* . But after talking to the knowledgeable staff, they have opened up the doors to the mind of receiving. Recognizing that, what is going on with my body has to do with what I've been eating. It doesn't help to take pills to cover up what has been going wrong with you. It takes someone to ask questions and find out what is bad in your diet and just simply tell you stop eating this, stop eating that. WHO in their right mind would want to eat food that gives them gas or eat rolaids and Tom's or gas medicine before they eat something they know will give them gas ? If you are getting gas from the food simply don't eat it, that's common sense .Heritage will help you do just that. I went there looking for something to cover up pain in my shoulder, pain in my knees and left with nothing. Only a task to stop being greedy and love myself. If i loved myself i would never do thimgs to be of harm to myself....
Read moreTLDR: a red headed woman accused me of shoplifting. Just left the store and let me tell you my experience… I went in and was greeted by a Caucasian woman with red hair. I told her I was looking for some candy due to a low blood sugar and she told me where it was. I purchased the candy and ate it to get some carbs and continued to shop. I even spoke with this lady and another employee about putting in an application To work there because I overheard them talking about needing staff and I currently am unemployed. The woman that greeted me followed me almost everywhere in the store, which I am used to as I am in my electric wheelchair and it’s common for able bodied people to offer me the some help when shopping. although I had my pca there to assist me. But it was the way she was watching me that made me feel uncomfortable. At one point I picked up a bottle of fenugreek that I was considering buying. I have heard great things about it and just wasn’t sure if I really wanted to spend the 12 something dollars it cost. As I finished looking around the store I returned the fenugreek to the shelf I picked it up off of (well within view of the woman who i had spoken with) and headed to the door. Took a brief pause to glance at the cbd on the counter by the exit and started to leave. This red headed woman literally asks me if I wanted to buy the fenugreek as I’m 3 feet from the door. I told her not this time because of $ but that I wanted to show my friend this store and I’d be back. Then she asks me if I need her help putting it back……….. i. Can’t. Even. This kind of treatment was totally unwarranted and I am so disappointed and won’t be returning again. Not to be too extra but Whole Foods is closer to my house AND more affordable. I literally drove farther so I could support the local community and was accused of...
Read moreTerrible terrible customer relations Ms Honey B! Over the past week my total spent in your store is nearly!150.00 recently stocking up on my herbs and ran across an all inclusive mix in your store for $33 alone thought I’d lost my receipt and called today spoke with one of your workers who confirmed if I located the receipt I could receive the refund I explained the product was not used but had been opened.. sure no problem with your receipt!! Well I get to your store and you’re called on the phone so your employee tells me and you tell the same young lady NO! While it seems a few of your other staff that waits for your answer because they are sure you’ll accommodate the customer in some way they’ve seen different this time and time again... so why no now?why the disparity between your customers ??? I dare not speculate or surmise!!! It’s absolutely your right as it is my right not support your store and to tell every single one of my social media followers and everyone in every platform I’m associated with this story and allow them to also make a conclusion. Because I never asked to be refunded I was willing to accept a store credit even with my receipt in hand after being told that’s all that was needed, it does not state IF it is open or Refunds are at the discretion of the OWNER.... I think tomorrow I will follow up with the BBB.., this is utterly ridiculous and something that was so simple enough that you could have fixed but chose not to. You had an honest regular customer who has shopped in your store for years even before moving to the area and know the history..I’ts very disheartening how you so easily dismissed this purchase as if it was nothing! So what what’s this one customer right?..This was a...
