Please do not heed the review below from Robert Lynch. All tickets warn of the possibility of being voided for no show, and given to those on a waitlist.
In his review, he calls the staff unprofessional, which is comically ironic considering he himself was late! He also calls them despicable, which is also ironic on account that he spent the better part of 10 minutes berating and insulting the volunteer staff (who did not make the rule), and also insulted the building in his review. The staff repeatedly tried to offer him the next no show seats but he continuously refused to let them speak, hurling verbal abuse at them. I, along with everyone in the lobby waiting for a potential no show ticket, witnessed this, and if I were among his party, I would have been extremely embarrassed.
This is an excellent space for local performing arts, and turning away latecomers is pretty standard when it comes to live theatre. So don’t heed his review, go see a show, enjoy yourself, and most...
Read moreGreat show, very professional, excellent performance of Nunsense summer 2021, terrific lineup of several shows for 21-22 season, all seating has very good view of. the stage. It is tiered seating and you walk in on lowest level. Comfortable seats, small lobby with bar and you can take drinks into the house, friendly volunteers in lobby, meet the cast after the show. Very good website gives info about this all volunteer operation with very professional results, shows season, ticketing and auditions laid out clearly. Phone calls are returned in a timely fashion by volunteers. We easily coordinated our group sale. Parking lot has been theatre and has bright white lines. Adequate parking, but it will be filled. Come early and recommend carpooling. Theater is in a residential neighborhood. Plan to drive there, easy to find since 24th Street goes from Laskin Road to the oceanfront. Highly recommend checking out this little theatre...
Read moreThis is a fantastic local theater. The seats are spacious and comfortable. There are no bad seats in the house. Acoustics are great 👍
We recently went to see Escape to Margaritaville and it was excellent! 💯👍👏👏👏❤️
The bathrooms are in the same corner as the concession stand and the entrance to your seats - this makes for longer lines and a little confusion during intermission and at the end of the night.
I suggest using the restroom before the play starts.
Also, there is very little parking in their lot and I only saw 3 spaces marked for handicap vehicles. You'll need to find parking on the street unless you're one of the first few cars there. Don't let the parking deter you, everyone is so friendly and helpful and you'll have a...
