We love love love all of the fish we have bought from Virginia Beach Seafood, and we have bought a lot for the past couple of years. I knew nothing about fish before I started buying from this company, and Todd introduced me to so many different kinds of fish, all of which have been delicious. Todd is the nicest guy, and is running this business perfectly. So far we have tried sheepshead, speckled trout, spadefish, tile fish, blue fish, and Black Sea bass, and every one of these was great! I always look forward to getting emails or texts from this company to see what delicacies he is selling next. If you haven’t tried their fish…do so! You will be delighted that you did! Oh, and by the way, you can get it fresh out of the water or vacuum sealed and frozen to put in the freezer. Thanks, Todd for all that you do to get us the best fresh fish anyone could dream of...
Read morePicked up some. Toro Tuna Friday evening and what a crowd especially first timers.
OMG Todd, Wife and I shared the Toro Tuna this Saturday evening. I made cuts for 10 pieces. Asked Google how to cook Told me a TBLSP of Toasted Sesame Oil, which I had. Sprinkled some base seasoning. Checked the temp with my temp gun Placed them in, by the time I placed the 10th piece in, the 1st was ready to turnover. When Done I used Thai Style Sweet Chili Sauce Melt in my mouth creamy tasting Toro Tuna. DELISH!! Hope the other buyers had a similar experience.

Read moreI purchased several Sheepshead breasts from their stand at the farm market and grilled them as suggested. DELICIOUS and so fresh! I barely seasoned them since I wasn’t sure what Sheepshead tasted like. It is so light, mild, and has somewhat of a sweet flavor. It may be my new favorite fish. The breasts were so easy to handle, too. Just grab, place on the grill, and use tongs to remove. Like a rack of ribs. The meat was easy to pull off the large bones with very few small bones. I have a new reason to make sure I don’t miss any more...
