After moving to Great Neck I was excited to explore various boutiques in the area and to become familiar with local establishments. I visited TRISH in late 2022 and was greeted by a staff member as expected…after venturing to the back area of the store, a lady was in an office area, (I later realized was Trish) I smiled and she glanced at me and basically gave a very unwelcoming glare I felt uncomfortable and left, vowing to never return. My daughter was home from college over the holidays (Jan 2024) and we were having lunch near by, I shared the experience with her and she was insistent that we go in. We did, and there were probably 4-5 staff working, and 6 customers browsing…not one person spoke or greeted us. We perused from the front to the back of the store without a simple “hello”. Again, I felt out of place and unwelcome.

Nobody does it better (Curation = Trish) and you can travel near and far to discover this for yourself.
Staff is always there to help if you want it but sometimes it's hard to read what a customer wants or needs so maybe take that into consideration when judging their customer service. And dealing with the public is not for the weak of heart.
