I called in because my online order was cancelled due to my own mistake. I hadn't shopped at target in over a year and didn't realize my target had been changed from mooney to north. I called to explain that I made a mistake but I wanted to receive my items. The guy who answered at 9:53 pm told me I could pick up the items, I asked him tonight? he said oh nah were closing. I asked can I pick up my items tomorrow. He said yeah you should be good. So I proceeded to ask do you need my name, order # he said nah. When I said how do you know who is calling and what my order is, he hung on me. I called right back and my call was ignored. I'm upset because of the treatment I know I messed up and should have double checked the address but to not have the time to look up and order and proceed to hang up on a customer is...

Very disappointed of the customer service department at this store. The associates were rude when I came up to the counter and wanted to return a item, I did not have the receipt but I have done 1 return before without one before. They immediately denied my item, I did not want my refund I just wanted to exchange for a different item around the same price range, after a while I was just fed up with the associates and called for the manager, she was very kind and understanding and let me exchange out my item. As I was leaving I was over hearing another customer returning a item without a receipt as well, and the associate went ahead and said “oh that’s ok I know your a regular I’ll give you your money back” and gave me a smirk. If it was that easy to make a return why couldn’t he have done that with mine?...
