In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Visalia

So don't get me wrong the food is great as always in & out is definitely my favorite place ... BUT this new one is just SLOW! Like really inside the restaurant & the drive thru it was crazy you know if the line was EXTRA LONG I'd understand but there was literally only 5 cars I believe in front of us you know so I don't understand why it took us OVER 30MINUTES to get to the window & THEN when we finally did get to the window to retrieve our food it took ANOTHER 10MINUTES!!! They handed us our shakes but had to wait a good minute we still stayed calm & patient you know but it was really annoying .... The reason why we did the drive thru this time was because our last visit to this location we went inside to get takeout & even then it took us about 20mins to get out of there too... They need to retrain their staff I think because when we were sitting they were back there going SO SLOW & I am NOT exaggerating at all & they were also back there fooling around joking/messing around with each other the entire time too it was really obnoxious & get this even the time we went inside there was only 2-3 other people besides us..... Tbh it shouldn't have taken them NEARLY as long not even if it's packed the Mooney one they're on their game no problem super...

The food was alright the only problems I had w/ their food was that the burger had cold spots which I found that to be kind of strange and the french fries were really really salty I mean I have high blood pressure and all that salt I know was not good for my heart but I mean I ate just a few of them but yeah they were like over salted majorly I'm thinking maybe one employee salted him and then another one came through and salted him again maybe possibly get third time I'm not sure if there was a lot of salt and then the other issue I had was the fountain drink area I don't know what was going on there but the floor was so dirty and sticky and it straight smelled like B.O. right there I don't know if it was a couple of other guests or what not but even when there was nobody there you can still smell that odor I don't know why but yeah other than that it was what it was it was to be expected cuz it's in and out I just don't understand the whole cold spots if anybody else knows what that could be or why that's happened can somebody let me know I'm curious to know why a burger would have a cold spots like that seriously it was just strange other than that it...

Everytime I come here to get food, it's always to pickup for someone else (family, friends) because I don't personally like the food here. It's also too loud and always too busy for my taste. The only things I from here would be the drinks and milkshakes but I could get those somewhere else with a shorter line. Workers often seem in a rush and unfriendly specifically at this location, not sure about others. Had a bad experience the other day with my friends where they charged us for the wrong order and messed up our food about 5 times. I asked if we could get something free for the inconvenience and one of the managers said "of course" and gave us a free small shake, which was good. I called the number at the bottom of the receipt when we got home and they have us 4 free voucher cards to use the next time we ate there for all the trouble we went through. It's just so busy there it's easy for orders to get messed up and for the workers to get overwhelmed. They pay good tho and the prices are very affordable compared to other fast food...
