Grocery Outlet — Local services in Visalia

I usually shop at the Mooney location but I prefer this location due to it being closer to where I live. I also prefer the fact that this store is clean and very well organized. The produce department is always fresh and they have great customer service. I recently went in with my mom and I just want to say that I appreciate the attentiveness of their store manager Yesi. She spoke Spanish and was able to help my mom find the items she was looking for. After bagging our items, she loaded our cart. The prices are pretty good. There’s a good variety of items. The store is bright and clean. I was there for the grand opening and have been coming since. You can find hidden sales throughout the store that are awesome. The cashier Veronica was patient and smiled, but she was condescending in her demeanor when talking to my husband and I. If you have kids, beware of the employees bad attitude towards children being children. It’s too bad because we enjoyed coming here but won’t be back anytime soon. Love this store because it 5 mins away from my house and they always have Great deals. The only thing is employees lack customer service skills especially If your a minority. Except the cashiers they are usually great. The manager white ,dark haired, tall plus size lady was literally talking about a customer to a male employee as they walked in because they were wearing gym clothes.
