PanPan Wok — Restaurant in Visalia

Those TikTok videos glorifying this place are so false. Basically the only reason we gave it a try. Save yourself a bad experience. We were hesitant to try this place after reading reviews of the rude service but we still gave it a try. We had a good experience on our first visit but the second time around was terrible. The tall chubby oriental guy was so rude this second time around. The first encounter with him we tried talking to him but he wouldn’t respond, he just looked and smiled so I immediately thought it could be a language barrier. Today he spoke clear English, super rude, rushy, throws the food onto the plate making a mess everywhere. I paid before he served my food and honestly I should have asked for a refund after that messy...

Second time we went there for noodles are good. The compound chicken was good as well as Orange Chicken. It is taste like Grandma does not taste like if you made it at home or at a restaurant. You're looking for quality like fresh taste? Like you know, it was just freshly made. My opinion, is not this. If you're looking for a lot of food, you're on a budget, this be the place, the soda was a lot of I don't know, we just got foamy really fast, I got full really fast. The service there is horrible dont spend your money or waste your time on them.. the man was very rude acted like we were an inconvenience when we walked in and there was nobody there.. instead of greeting us he stared at us with an attitude i asked how are you?
