I went through the drive-through and was surprised by how poor the service was. They took forever to actually get my order when I was the only one who was there at the time. Went to try this new location nearby the house. I told them the coupons code at the drive thru and everything were correct, then went to the window to pay and the total price changed. I asked them why it was that much and they told me “sorry it didn’t go through”, THEN tell the customer at the beginning. Don’t just randomly changed the price and gave a disrespectful apology. I would give it no starts if possible, I went there last night ordered a number 5 and jalapeño poppers that’s all it took to get the most violent food poisoning in my life! The people working there are respectful but I think proper food preparation should be enforced. I understand it gets very hectic durning rush hour but I still don’t think that should be any reason to cut corners. I’m currently recovering from it, and I can say with the most certainty I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT be visiting that location...
