I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Yellow Deli and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff and put on their waitlist. We then hung out in their upstairs tea lounge until being seated at a nearby cozy table with reclaimed barn wood decor.

To start, we ordered the Dandy Lion and Hot Apple Cider. The drinks were served in branded yellow mugs and were delicious. The Dandy Lion was ordered with oat milk and was full of unique flavors. I'd describe it as creamy, rich, and flavorful. The Hot Apple Cider was perfect for a somewhat chilly day.

For the main course, my girlfriend and I both ordered sandwiches. She went with the make-your-own option, which is the specialty of this sandwich restaurant. She was able to choose from a wide range of ingredients, and the staff was more than happy to accommodate her requests. She ended up with a mouthwatering sprout and chicken sandwich that was both filling and satisfying.

I opted for the Deli Rose sandwich, which is one of their sandwich specialties. It was served warm and had a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The sandwich was loaded with roast beef, corned beef, pepper jack cheese, provolone cheese, onions, tomato, and a spicy red sauce. The bread matched the texture of the rest of the sandwich to perfection.

As an avid reviewer, I have to say that the sandwich at The Yellow Deli was one of the best I've had in a while. The portion size was not too much and not too little. I felt completely satisfied by the end of the meal without feeling "fat."

The atmosphere of The Yellow Deli is truly unique, with handcrafted woodwork throughout the entire property. We enjoyed the communal seating and chatting with other diners, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.

I won't come here again. I had a late movie so I decided to walk over for something new. I arrived they told me to wait in the lounge which after getting there was really cool, I like the artwork. But the service was just mediocre. I had to wait for 45 minutes mind you I was super patient but when I saw that everyone that came after me was being seated I finally went in to find out what was going on. They forgot about me, which is weird because as you know you have customers waiting in the lounge for almost an hour the courteous thing to do would be to ask if I needed anything or to inform me on at least on how much longer it would be. TBH I just think they didn't care to serve me. But hey some places ain't meant for everyone and I'm going to keep that in mind next time I go to a place and they act shady towards me, I'll just leave which is what I should have done here, but I try and give the benefit of the doubt. I had a sandwich it was soggy with chips. And a tea with honey. Unmemoriable.

I guess I can't leave out that the host came up when I finally got seated and said I'm sorry there must have been a mishap with communication because I thought you had already been seated and that they would take good care of me because of the misinformation I didn't feel the love. I recently stumbled upon this incredible place, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home.

The food was simply fantastic. We decided to try their salmon sandwiches 🥪 and salmon 🥣 , and both were beyond delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality of the salmon was outstanding. The soup of the day was a pleasant surprise, and it warmed my heart (and my stomach!) on that chilly day. To complement our meal, we indulged in hot apple cider, which was a delightful choice. It added a touch of sweetness to our overall dining experience.
