The Ritz Center — Local services in Voorhees Township

Although they have been hampered by the pandemic for the last 2 years, I felt that they have done their best to try and bring back the movie theater experience while protecting their customers. They have closed sections of the lobby area to prevent people from congregating and thereby risking spread of Covid. The overall condition of the complex was very clean, the bathrooms were very clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Customer service could be better. Management does not try to accommodate customers with legitimate issues. After a certain time, the concession stand will appear closed even though it is supposed to remain open; you have to hunt down a worker to help you- even then you may not receive it. In their defense, not all workers are rude or oblivious on how to handle situations. 4 out of my 5 visits were negative. My daughter and I saw Elemental here. It was only 20 bucks when not purchased online. And surprise, another empty theater. I took a shower, so I don't think we are scaring the customers away... we didn't buy anything, but it seemed decent... I would tell you to just drive up there and buy the tickets to save the 8 bucks if your local You can check the seats by looking online purchase to see how many are left before you go... it will save you some cash...
