Warhammer — Local services in Voorhees Township

How do I even express how kind, friendly, welcoming, and incredible the store owner is? I can’t. You have to go see it for yourself. Seriously if you want to talk to an expert about warhammer who knows everything AND is welcoming to those both on his level & brand new (like myself), THIS is the place. I could write a 30 page paper on how great this guy is. His selection is fantastic. He’ll bring in anything you want to buy if it’s not in store. The store is beautiful. He runs events on Saturday and explained there’s something for everyone- playing, painting, learning, etc. I want to learn how to paint but my friends want to play.. he said we can all come and do our own thing. & then he said it’s perfectly fine if I don’t want to play, I’m always welcome and he’ll teach me to paint. He even said that if we can’t make it Saturdays we can special request a day to play! Now THAT is an open-arms community. I have been a part of a lot of fandoms. This store & this man absolutely blew me away (in the best way). After driving past the Warhammer shop in Voorhees for over a year, my inner introvert kept me at bay… but today, I finally made the move. I scoped it out on behalf of a few D&D friends looking to dive back into Warhammer 40k—and I’m so glad I did.

I met Johnathan in the store and, as a retail executive myself, I have to say: the engagement, the passion, the customer service—it was all top-tier.

When I got home and unboxed my new Space Wolves, that spark of excitement only grew. The experience didn’t end at the register—it followed me home.

Love this place! Where to begin, it’s family friendly, you can learn to play 40K as well as AOS and even learn how to paint your Warhammer models/armies. Everyone is supper friendly and willing to share their knowledge on where to find specific things such as basing products, special dice, carrying cases and so much more. The manager, Jonathan is top notch. He knows everything you could possibly want to learn about Warhammer. He is truly Warhammer savvy, helpful and patient! My son asks a LOT of questions and he takes the time to answer...
