I really think that when people give reviews, they have to stop talking about other people's experiences and just their own. I go to stores all the time and see mishaps with other people, but I don't give a review based on that and I'm seeing a lot of that on here and I think it's ridiculous. Also companies run out of things....I saw a not so good review about that also. Didn't you ever run out of things or are you perfect. Hahaha. Anyway..... I've been going to this place on and off for almost a year. I love their coconut milk and many of their other drinks. I've had their food and that's also very good. I love the fact that they seal their drinks suo your able to shake them without any leaking out or being sticky and they actually take an cloth and wash the outside of the cup so it's not sticky. I love this place. I go a few times a week. I finally introduced my best friend to the coconut milk and she fell in love with it. That's how good it is. Anyway ignore the people talking about running out of things and seeing other peoples experiences and try it. You will only regret reading the reviews that have nothing to do with...

Really felt bad for the guy who walked out of the store, i get my drink here all almost 1-2 times a day since i worked in the same plaza. But this morning when i walk to the store, i saw a customer walk out and throwing a whole full cup of milk tea in the trash, i was confused, so i ask him, he told me that the person who was working today was not good at all with customer service, not only did she got his order wrong, but responded with a attitude. I told myself, im not about to let someone ruin my day, i glanced and took note of the short haired blonde lady, Guess im never coming in if i see her working there, Gonna pass the word now to all...

935 PM right now, open sign is off when they close at 10. Guy inside just cleaning up, guess he just decided to close early.

Tried to give this place a second try got in at 945, they close at 10. We walk in and had the guy give a loud huff. He's ringing us up, I hit the thing to put my phone number in for rewards. Hes nasty says, he's not done putting in my order aka don't touch. I ask him for his name "Kenny". Got our drinks, not one word. My mom said thank you, not one word from him. Was in there for a total of 4 minutes. He locked the door at 9:50 once we walked out and got in the car.

No wonder this place has 3.9 stars.
