My daughter and I were very pleased by our visit to Kendra Scott in Waco. We dropped in only 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening and were greeted by Brandy and Brea. Both ladies were knowledgeable and friendly. We were asked what the reason was for our visit and then briefed on all of the in-store promotions and which items would be included in the birthday discount. Went in to shop. Found necklace that we liked. Asked to purchase. They went to the back and got one. Did not show it to us just put it in the bag. Did not think anything about it. Got home to find out they gave us a bracelet. Took it back and asked for the necklace. They were not surprised by the mixup like it happens a lot. They went to the back and came out and said they had none back there. Went to the one on display and got it, put it in the bag. Did not clean it. Did not even wipe it down.
