This is the second time of recent where the service was all around poor. I ordered using the app as usual. I waited nearly 15 minutes and finally asked whether they had my order. The girl looks over and realizes the stickers for my order were still sitting at the printer. She begins my order while still filling orders coming in after mine and after she finishes two of my drinks, but then I realize she is not making my third, I ask again for my drink. She says what was it? because she lost my sticker. Then I have to ask a second time for my two slices of pumpkin bread. I don't get sleeves for my hot drinks, I have to reach over to get them myself. I have 3 drinks total so I ask for a drink holder. The second girl is enjoying my frustration that she goes on to play keep away with the holder as she engages in a convo with a 3rd girl. I ask for the manager to the girl who played keep away with my drink who tells me her name is Mary, but only she says "manager? What kind of manager? Like a store manager?" Smart aleck tone... I'm wondering whether this is true, since just a few weeks ago Georgia, the manager signed a receipt for me to get a sandwich that they did not have after I had paid for it on the app. I avoid this location because their team members have very poor customer...
Read moreI was trying to order something for my wife, without her knowing. She had to be at work earlier than usual so I ordered her a coffee that I knew she loves. I ordered it on the app, went up there to get it and it was wrong. But it was 100% my fault, the flavor was right but the type was wrong. She gets the hot coffee and I ordered the cold one.
The workers were like "ah no problem" and made the right one for me, they were pulling levers and twisting knobs and the machines were making noises and they were just running around behind the counter and I swear 10 seconds later the guy behind the counter was like here ya go..

She asked her shift leader, who was helping running the line, and was told in the most pretentious sounding voice "passion tea and water." The cashier was so taken back by the response that she said several things can be substituted for decaf and all crème based Frappuccinos are caffeine free. I was so off put that I just ordered a Frappuccino. Then when it was ready I asked for a straw which apparently was a mistake because that same shift leader in that same pretentious voice said "over there" and walked away. She didn't point or anything so I looked around and saw them. So off putting and bad for business.
