Sleep Number — Hotel in Waco

Buyer Beware. My wife and I purchased a bed and base from the store in Waco. We paid close 9,000 dollars for both. When we were there they did tell us that the base is non refundable. The bed turned out to be a real lemon, an overpriced air mattress. One night my wife was actually put into a 45 degree angle while she was sleeping. We had to unplug the bed for it to come back online. The bed will also not adjust to a different sleepnumber while you are in it. I set mine at a 45 while out of the bed, when I get in it its shows its at an 80. When you try to adjust it will deflate to 0. Sleep number sent out a tech to install a "kit". This did nothing. Same results. We called and they are refunding the bed. There is a $215 charge for them to come out and pick up your "no hastle 90 nights free bed". The overpriced base is now ours to keep, for the low low cost of $3500. The sales experience was great, and the delivery was great. The bed and base were not. I saw another review to get the 300 base and upgrade if you want to later, so you are only out the $300. Hopefully your experience isn't as bad as ours. My current sleepnumber...

the store was fine, but i had gone in a few weeks earlier and picked out a different bed the one i really wanted, but i could not get it because it was no longer on sale the sales assoc. told me. i think this is wrong because the store was closed for like 2 months and i had tried to call to make an appt. but the store remained closed, most of the month that the bed was on sale that i wanted, so i could not check it out until the last few days of the sale. i dont think thats right because if covid 19, the company should let me get the bed i wanted the special edition, but like i said the store was closed most of may except for the last week of May, how could i go in and check it out and make a decision ib a few days, i was going to buy it but i came home abd was changing my bed room, when i twisted my knee the dr. had me stay off of it for a week and a 1/2 then when i went back to buy the special edition it was not on sale anymore and i could not get it ,i...

I was in the market for a new bed and went to the sleep number location in Waco at Central Texas Marketplace. I met with a gentleman that was very kind and and spent a large amount of time going over the different features and models of the different sleep number beds. I explained to him what I was looking for and there was no pressure for price or anything else. I decided to go with the cheapest model in the store and there was no disagreement or argument and the paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently and and an appointment was scheduled for installation.
