There is a lot of product in that store. I mean a lot but there is never anyone asking if you need help. So I go to the check out and ask if someone can help me find a certain product and the gentleman that was at the register acted like I just asked him to take off his clothes or something. I will say he was very nice but he seemed really stressed and unprepared like I was messing with the register/traffic flow which I will bet is of no fault of his own. He tells me there is someone that can help me and points in a direction and mentions a name. I tell him that I was unable to find anyone and that seems to freak him out a bit as well. And trust me, I spent a lot of time looking around, long enough that 2 or 3 people would have had time to say "Can I help you find anything?" Mr. Cash Register man then pulls out his phone and does attempt to try to find the product I need. Note: The brand I used changed/updated their item numbers so I was unable to find the shade I needed even though I had a pic of the make up base I use on my phone. At this point Mr. Cash Register man does the right thing and walks me to the "sales/product" area but instead of letting the girl know I needed help when she was available he again points to her and states she can help me and takes off. The girl was great. Very helpful, patient and kind. Even asked if she could "color match" me which was nice. If the right salesperson got a hold of me, trust me, they could talk me into buying a lot of product in that store. There are a lot of things I would love to try but I have no idea how to use. Every time I go in that Damn store I ended up spending over $100 so I wish they had more people to help. Once you get to the cash register the customer service is A+ but anytime before that,...
Read moreI scheduled a haircut for $47.00 and after arriving for my appointment was told by the stylist she was not good at cutting short hair and asked if I wanted to come back hours later to see another stylist. Not after driving 25 miles for the appointment so she just trimmed my ends my hair was dry and I had little pieces of hair all in my eyes and all over my face. I know everyone has to learn, but I feel that a stylist that works at a beauty establishmemt that charges that much for a hair cut should be skilled at cutting all types of hair. Honestly I feel a little ripped off. That is why I chose this place thinking there would be skilled stylists that would be professionals at any hair style. I tried talking to a manager about it and was pretty much told she has no control over the prices. You people need to hire experienced stylists if you are going to charge those kind of prices. $47.00 for a few little snips at my hair plus a tip to be kind. I spent $60 dollars in all for a quick 20 minute trim. You people are ripping off the public charging the same price for a trim as you do for a haircut and I had just washed my hair at home before the appointment so did not get it washed there. Word of mouth goes a long way this is bad business. The quality of your hair cuts need to match the high dollar prices you charge. You need to hire stylists that can deliver what people are paying for!! And please do something about the things your customers complain about a uniform response to negative reviews does not fix...
Read moreI was at the Uta in Waco yesterday. Was helped by a guy for my selections. That was pretty good service although was told to try the makeup on myself. But then I got up to pay and I had 688 points on my membership. The cashier never mentioned this so I looked at my receiptt after the sale realizing those points are going to expire 12/31. I went back in the store and requested to use my points. It was a big hassle. The male manager came over told me I couldn't do that because I had a negative balance . It was my return to get my points applied. Then said I was only going to get $4. The cashier returned all my items and rang them up again and I was given $14.00 back on my purchase. They truly acted as though this was not a big deal. Like they wanted to hide and not act on points due back to customers! Watch this place! They could be stealing your points or the company is telling them not to honor the points rewards!! I had to insist 5 times i wanted my points rewards! I was treated like a cheap skate. I have spent over $500 in there this year. And the snide remarks I got from the cashier were unbelievable! I realize its tough to find help right now but treating customers in a poor way might be better to be better to be...
