VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Went to grab my package from UPS during opening hours and the door was locked DURING OPENING HOURS with a women sitting at the desk clearly in the phone. No signs on the door so I knocked and the women did not even look at me…. So I’m assuming maybe she has her headphones in so I knock a little more and still not response. Go to call the store when the women finally gets off her call to let me in and she had a TERRIBLE attitude. Called me disrespectful for knocking to many times. I told her maybe she should put a sign on the door indicating she is in a meeting or maybe at lunch and she told me it’s her store and she can do what she wants and proceeded to argue with me the entire interaction. Very very unprofessional. Didn’t even come there to purchase their merchandise but imagine if I was a regular customer and get treated like that? Store was dirty and unorganized…. WOULD NEVER RO...

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend this local Malden business for excellent personal service Thought I needed a box spring or bunky boardm didn't know which would be better. Spoke to Rahav and she offered to have her husband bring both to see which would be better. He came to my house the same day! Abed came and explained I needed just bed frame, took box spring back and came back promptly next day and installed bed frame. I got a credit for the first purchase. You cannot get this courteous , prompt service from the big mattress stores. They also have an excellent selection of high quality mattresses at reasonable prices and no pressure to buy!
