Since 2010 I have had the following done at Automated Stereos owned by a caring and understanding man named John Reynolds. He installed a remote start system, two front speakers, a new radio, fixed a broken cigarette lighter, and the latest was installing an Alpha -Nav system which is a combination radio, CD, DVD, USB and Ipod player and an unbelievable navigation system. John spent allot of time with me explaining how to operate the navigation system along with a tech support person who was just as helpful as John in explaining things. I did have one technical problem with the Alpha-Nav system. John was working on it in less than 24 hours later and within an hour he installed heavier duty wires. When it comes to cars and electronics he is the best in the business. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Auto-mated stereos for anything electronic for cars. I set up an appointment with John to get a new touchscreen Kenwood stereo installed in my car. My work schedule has been crazy lately but John was extremely accommodating and flexible with his availability. I was able to leave my car at the shop the night before the installation was scheduled. He sent me a text and gave a phone call the next day when it was completed. It was done WAY quicker than I expected!! I was able to pay over the phone, and I could my car at my convince when I was done working. The install looks as if the stereo and mounting kit were original factory parts. Incredible job on the workmanship. This entire process was completed without John and I ever meeting face to face! All our interactions were professional yet casual. Wow! Wow! Wow! Impressive quality work. I’m a repeated customer and Automated Stereos impressed me once again. They managed to deliver quality product at comparative price and on time as promised. Not only that, John Reynolds worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. When his supplier didn’t have what I was looking for he went somewhere else to get what would make me happy, bravo! Yes, I did my due diligence and compare price. At the end of the day, I found that Automated Stereos were very comparative and would not install an older model equipment so that they may quote a lower price.
