I reached out to Fix N Repair through their website to get a quote for my cracked 12.9" iPad Pro screen. I got a text and email quote right away. The technician scheduled a time for the next day to come and repair the screen. When he arrived he took my ipad to his van and spent some time working on it. He came back about an hour later and it turned out that he was sent the wrong part. He said he would come back the next day. I will admit i was nervous as he handed me back an ipad with a screen that had been removed and basically unusable at that point. He told me when fedex would deliver the part to him the next day and he promised he would return. He returned the next day and replaced my screen within 20 minutes and I was back in business. I did have some issues with my pencil not working. I texted the technician and he scheduled a time to come back and replace the screen if needed. Turns out my pencil has a crack and only works at certain angles and there was no need to replace the screen. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend...

I'm so grateful I was referred to Fix'N Repair by TMobile in Stoneham. I walked in and he worked on my phone after one he was finishing. The repairman was very nice and knowledgable. My phone was stuck between on and off (a 6 yr old iphone7) and I stupidly hadn't backed it up to icloud in 2 yrs so the stores would not be able to grab my data for my new phone since my last computer backup a couple months ago. As soon as I parked my car, my phone miraculously turned back on and he was able to fix it enough for us to back it up to icloud. I thought it was very affordable at $60. Tech was awesome - I had texted a couple days prior but was unable to book right away. When I did get the money together (~$100 for iPhone 11 screen replacement) the tech was even so courteous as to accommodate my crazy schedule, and he met me at my house at 8:15PM since I got off of work later than expected. Here I am a couple of hours later loving my brand new screen - colors are vibrant and the touch features are all working perfectly.
