Placed an order end of OCT 2020. Today is Jan 6th 2021. Still have not received my product. Sent email, no one calles back, left message so one reply. I called to complain back in December but only spoke with one person, she said she'll call me back. No words from her. Called today, Jan 6th, 2021, a gentleman said that since NANCY is out of the office until Monday, no one knows about her claims therefore I would have to wait, again no solution for their customer. I guess my $200 order is too small to really be an important customer. My husband always buys from them when he cross paths with their store location.
Being in customer service for 15 plus years, this is the worst customer service I've experienced. How can you not provide your customer with a solution except "if you were my customer I would call you back", "my manager have her own schedule, she comes in, in the morning." . I'm sorry, you work for the same company please feel the importance of helping each other out because in general, a customer is a customer of the company, not of an individual. Please be professional and put people on hold while obtaining information from your colleagues because I can feel how you think it's a JOKE regarding my complaint. Internal issues should not sound apparent to a customer while they are on the phone with your representative, it just sad to hear.
Crossing my fingers that this will not lead to another few months of one way...

I asked for a refund and they would only refund the price of the wrench not my full cost for the item and shipping, so basically I was going to pay for their mistake. They said they would refund the shipping if I returned the wrench. I did return it and after several follow up calls I was able to get a full refund.
