If youāre comparing this location to the speedco before Loves took over than itās a disaster, slow, out of 6 guys 2 have some mechanical skills the rest is just present but polite and friendly. They donāt have fleet guard filters, the ones they call fleet guards are some other brand just white in color. If youāre running searies 60 Detroit make sure to have them shut the fuel before taking of fillters, they dont do that, guess theyāre not aware that fuel pump will go bed if the fuel line is not primed. I would also recommend day shift if possible, night shift takeās lunch all at the same time, strange for location as speedco. From 7pm to closing they did 3pms which is not the greatest considering the location. 2 bays running 3pms in 4hrs kinda slow and unprofitable for loves. 2 trucks turned around in front of the bay as the wait was getting long. Be nice to them they will pretend that you donāt exist, especially the oldest guy who seems to be in charge, he pretended like there is none waiting and instructed his crew to get to cleanup at 10pm, treat them nice they will eventually get your truck done, but keep close eye as some donāt have enough experience. Over all location is better than Gary IN but nothing close to what they used to be, guess good help is hard to find. 3 stars for guys being nice to us and not treating us like some...

The so-called "specialists" scattered, leaving one poor guy to struggle alone with disassembling super single wheels.
Despite being assured at the front desk that my truck would be serviced in 40 minutes, the entire process dragged on for two hours. A significant portion of that time was wasted as employees aimlessly wandered around, showing zero urgency or concern for my time.

The technician gave me nothing but attitude from that point forward. I left without letting them do anything to my truck. I never let or pay for attitude to work on my truck. When that same technician knew I couldn't get out because there was a truck ahead of me that was still paying, all the rest of the technicians thought hat was pretty funny. I'll never be back to this place again. If I could have given them a zero I would have. They lost an oil change, lube and trailer lube because of attitude. That's $300 I will take somewhere else.
