Spare Time Sports is one of the only places to get your Bowling Gear or balls drilled in Southern MD. That being said you would think that customer service might not be that high on their list since there is really no place else to go. But that is not the case here. The guys that work there are very helpful and knowledgable. They take the time to listen to what you are looking for, they will also take the time to watch you throw some balls to get a better idea of what works best for you and your style. I recently purchased a bowling ball online and brought it in to have holes drilled. During drilling the employee accidentally drilled one hole too big so now I have one hole with an insert and one without. In addition, I should have asked more questions as we determined that I was a fingertip bowler after the traditional holes were already drilled. I put some of the blame on myself but overall it felt rushed. It also didn't help that league bowling was going on and several customers were coming in and out. I will test the ball out later this week and see how it turned out but it was a somewhat disappointing...
