I wrote a review last night at approximately 7:25 p.m. and I could not believe what happened. I got a call from my dear friend and salesman Alfred. He informed me that he got a call from I believe the Corporate Office accusing him of writing his own review. The reason i guess they him or them thought this was because it was written on the computer at the Waldorf's Big Screen for the simple reason I was unable to get the write a review to come up on my phone or tablet, so i went to the store. We are talking about the BEST salesman ever. My name is William and I live in White Plains, Maryland 20695. So for the gentleman or lady that accused Alfred of writing his own review is appalling to here an very apparent they don't know the character of their own employees. Alfred takes care of his customers with the utmost respect and care. He treats you like family. He listens to what your looking for then shows you the choices you have an explains every feature on each item he shows you. He answers every question you have and he won't leave if another customer comes in he will say excuse me for one minute tell the other customer to please look around and when he is finished helping the first customer he will be right with them. Alfred should get an apology verbally and in writing for whom ever questioned his integrity ask Alfred for William and Kim's phone number and you call us please. People you need to go and visit Waldorf Big Screen Store in Waldorf and experience for yourself the care this man gives his customers i promise you will be leaving having a new friend and his care does not stop once you purchased something cause if anything goes wrong he gives even better customer care. Read moreMy first experience with this store was painless and peaceful. I should let you know I hate shopping and dealing with pushy salesman or saleswoman. Michael Wall introduced himself asked me what I wanted gave me my options and we were done. The whole experience was great down to the delivery. Since then I went back a second time, Michael wasn't in the store at this time, figured it would still be a good experience. Well MMMM..... I told the salesman what I purchased before and was trying to stay in the same price range, he looked me up in the system then he started showing me a television (1 TV) out of my range and the last time I got 2 T.V.s for the price of this one. So I reeled him and purchased two T.V.s and scheduled the delivery for Saturday morning due to my work schedule and not to mentioned my Sunday football/ Bar-b-Q... I got a call from the driver at 7:44am informing me that they will be at my house between 5pm & 8pm, I told him that this was unacceptable no one will be here to accept the delivery that is why I asked for the morning. He said that's fine he will write me down for denying delivery. I said what? How am I denying the delivery? I ended up calling the store, Michael picked up the phone. I expressed my disappointment and wanted to cancel my order, Michael convinced me to give him a chance to make it right. Long story short Michael met the delivery truck in his personal vehicle (which I thought he would be using a company vehicle) and delivered my T.V.s. I'm glad Michael convinced me to give him a chance cause everything else down to the bar-b-Q was successful. Read moreIn 2010, my husband and I came in looking for furniture for our entertainment room. We fell in love with flex steel, but it was out of our price range. We looked around at other stores, but we always came back to the flex steel. We even went into other Big Screen stores, but just couldn’t get any “good” customer service. As a last gasp, we went into the Big Screen Store in Waldorf and we were greeted by Steve. He sat down with us and we worked out a affordable price in order to purchase the set that we desired. Here it is 2017, and we still love our flex steel, and it’s in fantastic condition. So when our couches wore out in our family room, back we came. Yes, prior to, we looked at other furniture stores, but we thought, “let’s just check the Big Screen store in Waldorf”. Guess who met us at the door? Yep, Steve! And he remembered us. We were sold! You just can’t get better customer service than that! Steve has always treated us like family and puts in the extra effort to make our purchases seamless and affordable. I highly recommend the Big Screen Waldorf store. Not only is the flex steel top quality, but we are fortunate and grateful to have met Steve.
