How does having a bunch of awesome nerds with an infinite amount of knowledgeable working on your computer and other Mac products sound? I don't know about you, but I love it. Their customer service is one-on-one and they are never in a hurry to move on to the next person. I have never met anyone working there that I did not instantly enjoy talking to. I also never leave without a lesson on how my machine works. You can even get some sweet video game knowledge.
As a loyal Mac user, let me tell you the ways this store is better than any Apple store. 1. The customer service is amazing. You never feel rushed, the business is never crowded and it is not a cult-looking person using a machine to solve your problems. These people just know everything about Macs. 2. AFFORDABLE doesn't even begin to cover it. Usually when you buy Mac products (or even try to get them fixed without AppleCare) you can expect to max out a credit card. I have. This company will fix quick and simple problems for next to nothing. 3. Everything is mostly fixed same day. No shipping your Macs off for weeks to a factory. These glorious, glorious people will fix your computer right there! Often while you wait. It's like an out patient procedure for your computer.
I can honestly not say enough great things about the Affordable iStore. But the only way to know for yourself is to drop in. You don't need an appointment by the way. No more frustratingly looking through online Apple Store schedules to find something that works for you. I pop in on my lunch sometimes.

Read moreThis iStore has been simply amazing. I have bought a few MacBooks, a couple of iPads, even 2 IPods ( with glittery cases!) back in the day! I’m returning today to hopefully get an upgraded phone for my husband. This store is absolutely amazing. When I bought my MacBook Pro here, I had so many many questions. Never did the hesitate to answer anything I asked. I asked a question on the phone, and they would always tell me how to fix bad key strokes I had brought upon myself! or to bring it in so they could show me. And they did show me, and I never again erased my program. Somebody has posted you could get things cheaper prices here or there, and that may be true. But you will never, never experience the customer service that all the employees give to you. I have stopped in a year after the sale to ask them to look at some thing, and he help me no charge. I had to stop in there for something else again, and they ended up fixing something that I had somehow taken off my Mac… Lol.. They are always available to answer questions, and they sigh deeply or roll their eyes like my kids, when I ask questions about my cell phone or my computer! All in all, if you have a Mac, want to upgrade or buy a newer Mac or any Apple product, I would for sure stop in here. Maybe maybe just stop in there in the next week or two to just have a look around. They have great prices on a lot of things and you know they stand behind everything...
Read moreI had them replace my phone screen, less than 2 months later the screen was peeling away from my phone. I contacted them and they offered to fix it but when I brought it in I got horrible service. They estimated an hour for a fix time, but I figured it'd take a little longer since there was someone ahead of me. I came back 2 hours later and they hadn't even started on my phone and the guy working blamed me for not calling them before I came in, when I had told him I didn't have any other phone to contact them with. It took them over 3 hours to fix my phone, and ended up having to replace the whole screen, which would've been fine if I hadn't had a $40 screen protector on my old one that was nontransferable. They refused to refund me for that even though it was their defective product that broke. They also refused to restart the warranty for the screen so now when their product is defective again I'll have to pay for it, but I'll definitely be paying somewhere else.
UPDATE: After posting this the owner called me and apologized profusely. He has reinstated the warranty, and extended it as well as is reimbursing me for the screen protector. While none of this should have happened in the first place, him calling me personally and fixing all of the issues has absolutely improved my opinion of...
