Taco Bell — Restaurant in Walker

I went to Taco Bell to get food on Sunday 6/17 at about 12:30 am. This was at the Standale Location in Grand Rapids, MI. I was driving and my fiancé was in the passenger seat. We pulled up to the window and I gave the guy my card. My fiancé was video chatting his friend at this time. The guy gave me my card back and one of my waters and said that its illegal for us to be recording him. I said we weren’t and he continued to say that we were. The manager, Taylor, came to the window and said its illegal to do that and again I said he isn’t recording him he’s video chatting his friend. Taylor said, "okay" and went back to making food. I was waiting still and he continued to say, “ It’s not real smart to be effing with people handling your food” To which I replied, “You probably shouldn’t be talking to customers like that” he came back to the window and said, “What was that? I quit tonight so don’t think I won’t come out there and eff both you the eff up.” I ignored him and then manager finally came back to the window. Taylor, the manager said, “What’s going on?” I said, “Do you hear the way he is speaking to me?” To which he replied, “Hes just having a rough day” I asked for a refund and he told me he needed the debit card back in order to do that, I gave him the debit card. As he was doing to process to refund me the worker continued to flip us off and swear at us then proceeded to come up to the window right next to where his manager was standing grab my other water that I did not receive, opened it up, and threw the water in face and directly into our car. I continued to sit there after this because I needed my debit card back. The worker then came out of the store and over near our car and tried to get my fiancé to get out and fight him. I finally received my card back and the manager said to me, ”Sorry” I drove off pulled over to the next parking lot and called the police. I have filed a report and contacted an attorney. I called the corporate office to complain yesterday 6/18 at 11 am and was told that I cannot receive any coupons if I would like a call back regarding the issue.

It completely baffles me that the manager, Taylor, stood there next to him while he was going off on me and not once said a word to...

Stopped by this taco bell tonight at around 9 pm. My wife ordered a $5 cravings box, she upgraded the taco to a dorritos locos taco. Right out of the gate things were going sideways when they didn't give her the cinnamon twists but that's no big deal. We brush it off, she goes In gets the twists and we leave again.she opens the dorritos locos taco... and right away it hits me.... Dog food!!! dog food thing aside the taco was not even eatable it was all busted and soggy and stuck to the cardboard sleeve. Totally disgusted already, my wife hoping to satiate her hunger goes for the chalupa.. she takes one bite and it seems to be going okay, but on the second bite there it was a long dark hair Buried it the taco...And that is when it occurred to us that these things were probably no accident and that these young kids are in there messing with people's food and thinking it's fun. I am pretty sure that the taco was made with dog food there is just no possible it only I I uploaded a picture... I'm hanging on to the taco and calling my attorney in the morning... this is nothing short of aggregious. I am actually going to file a police report, I wonder how many others were given dog food...

After a long hard day at work what you need is delicious food you don’t have to cook. Frankly you could go many places for that food but no place is better then the Standale Taco Bell. The food is always delicious, well packed, and stuffed to the max with ingredients. The employees are always amazing and kind. The wait time is never long. It’s the easy get in get out kind of thing you need in life. Zach (I know theirs a couple Zachs but this ones always at the window) has never failed to have a smile and be interactive when taking my order or remedying a mistake. It is such a breathe of fresh air compared to the usual “hate my life” kind of food service workers I have encountered. It seems to me like the employees genuinely enjoy their jobs whether that’s true or not I appreciate that issues behind the scenes are not brought to guests attention as with other fast food places I’ve encountered. Overall the employees are professional, quick, and kind. The food is warm, yummy, and cheap! Thanks Taco Bell.
