While some are nice there - donāt be too picky or they are not very accommodating! My experience was they make you feel very uncomfortable about asking question or asking about the price listed online and the discrepancy between that and what you end up paying. I went back to give them several tries and it just got worse. I did need ask them to fix a set before this last appointment. I needed my nails redone as I was not comfortable with them the first time. I called the day before and they got me right in the next morning. Which was nice and the manager Henry handled well. The prices listed online are not accurate even after they said a cut down was 5$ I get a gel x fill listed at $43 and I canāt get out of there with out paying $70 at least. No design just gel polish which when I asked if I do regular polish it would be the $43 I was told no we donāt do regular polish on gel x . Very confusing. Why list a full at $43 then?? The last straw was the way I was treated at my last fill. He was very rude and almost argumentative about the fact that after I said I didnāt want them cut down he did it on my left hand but not my right and then my nails were very in even. I wanted the chrome and a french tip. He then told me that was more money in a condescending way because he knew I brought up the price the last time I was in. I said yes thatās fine. Then I asked him if he was having a bad day or something?! He said no and proceeded to finish up. The surface of my nails had bubbles and bumpy marks. I really just wanted to leave and was extremely uncomfortable. If they donāt like their job they should not be doing it. Very unimpressed with the customer service even after the manager was nice enough to fix an employee mistake. Again some of them are very nice donāt go on a day the manager isnāt there. Some really slack off on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first time I went, it was very good and my nails looked great! Cost was about $80 for a French set of acrylics almond shape. The second time I went, I got chrome and it was a fill. Cost was about $45. The third time, I got a regular pink polish fill and I got gel pedicure.. somehow the cost was $84. Usually when you go, they ask how you want your receipt. When I had asked how my price was that much he just said Iāll take the card fee off and still wouldnāt give me my receipt.. very weird and definitely a scam, he was very sus. This was 1.5 weeks ago, and my toes look cracked and my thumb finger literally was separating from the actual acrylic, also the paint only had 1 layer, so you could see through itš¬. Both the pink and chrome nails chipped within a week of getting them done. This most recent time I went (today) I just got another fill for my school dance coming up. I got blue with white polka dots.. the total was $51. She didnāt shape them very well, there is polish all over my hands and fingers, she was filing and shaping her own nails while also working on mine, she was clearly in a rush, the paint is completely uneven (leaving my nails to look uneven and unpainted). I am glad that I decided to go today that way I had time to go somewhere else if they didnāt turn out good. Spoiler.. they didnāt. The quality goes down each and every time I go. I always leave 25% tip, and I am generally pretty nice Iād say. I know others have had the same experience so I wanted to share mine. I will leave...

A few examples of things she said were "your nails are too long" "the color you picked out is too sheer" (i wanted sheer for a wedding) the thing that really finalized my decision of never returning to this place was she claimed there was FUNGUS on my nails...I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks for about 3-4 years. If I were to have fungus, one of the three places I always go to would notice something. She then called over another employee to look at my "fungus nails"...weird considering she still did them. Also, then inferred im from Detroit and made a bizarre expression when she asked. What finally made this basically bullying stop was when she started complaining about the acrylic not being rebuildable. I told her I've never had a problem before with that... She was then magically able to do it. I have been coming to this place since the end of my freshman year of college (2024) my entire sophmore year, and the start of my junior year (2025) when she asked how long i have been coming here i said "3 school years" and she laughed and said "oh yeah...we have only been open for a year...basically 3 years of school is one calendar year so she doesnt make much sense. After all this, I still tipped over 9 dollars because I felt bad for her for being...
