Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Walker

We won't be going back. Getting tired of them not taking care of the bug issues with the tobacco! I've found & smoked every stage (4)of the bugs! Gross! Eggs, cocoons, worms & beatles! Nasty! Their tobacco also has a moldy musky smell(rotting worms maybe?had to throw away the container I kept it in bc of pungent smell) could be The "hormone" traps that they place but only attract the worms. That doesn't get rid of the Beatle or during their caccon stage. There will always be the eggs but the company they are going through doesn't handle the tobbaco properly. We're now going to Tobacco outfitters. Wonderful place. That take the bug issues seriously. They handle the tobbaco way differently than wild bills.they don't have you get the tobbaco yourself, keep them in bins with dark lids(keeps the tobacco moist like it should be.) that's so it doesn't get the sunlight & dry it out(which wakes them up & hatches the eggs). They also don't open the outside doors like Wild bills does, instead Tobacco outfitters will turn the air on. It's really common sense! We gave them a year to fix this but they didn't. Wild bills needs to clean their entire store ,spray for bugs and spend more time handling the tobbaco properly, instead of chillin and smoking their vape pens! We would have went back(alpine store) for pipes but since they didn't want to make anything right but replace the bug infested tobacco with the same bug infested tobacco, we're not! Don't make sense. If your going to go to wild bills go to the one off Northland dr & Plainfield. They are more professional and they don't act like they been just getting high! I'm ALL for smoking pot but not in the work place, IF it effects your work duties. Demand your money back if this happens to you. Great selection, Terrible customer service when it counts!

So I appreciate the convenience and selection at Wild Bills. They also SEEM nice enough, but if you require any Actual customer service, their answer is Always "no".

I've purchased many disposable vapes from them. I don't even want to think about how much $ I have spent there... Two of them were rotten. The flavoring tasted terrible and they were obviously defective. When I inquired about an exchange, their answer was "Nope".

I visited their location on a Weds, because that is the day they offer promo pricing. There was a sign on the door stating they "closed at 5pm due to snow". The roads were fine, but whatever...

I returned the following day and asked if I could get the promo price because they were closed. They said "Nope, because then we would have to do it for everyone". You should do it for everyone in this case! That's how providing a good customer experience works. They obviously have no idea how to do anything beyond ringing people out, which is sad.

If all they can provide is a transaction, I guess I'll just go back to buying online and...

I bought a 180 dollar oil rig here and the dome for it randomly broke within a few days. The entire rig got a huge crack in the bottom within the first week for no reason and another massive crack within two weeks in places no where near the heat. DO NOT BUY THEIR E CIGS OR OIL RIGS, THEY SUCK AND WILL BREAK SOOOOO QUICK!!! Also most of their pieces are labeled with the wrong price, probably on purpose so you get one you like and all the pieces for it chosen out and then they say once it rings up "oops it's 50% higher price...." Mine was supposed to be 120 and rang to 180 and they didn't even care that they screwed up so huge and even admitted that most of the prices on the floor were incorrect. Also don't buy the stash can containers, they're mostly used, I bought one and it had dents and scratches on it and I didn't even put anything in it and it was moldy on the inside a week later and I've tried to wash it and clean it to no avail... This place sells cheap low quality merchandise, the only good things is the people are nice and they have good...
