Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Walla Walla

I had my first visit to Tractor Supply Co, Walla Walla, WA a couple of days ago and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Unfortunately I was on a time crunch and had to get back to Oregon otherwise I'd definitely have spent at least another hour in the store. I was greeted, shown where I needed to be (chicken stuff) and given recommendations on certain products for which I was very grateful. I came out with way more than I bargained for!! Roger was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly helpful and prompt, and was able to explain the benefits of equipment warranty to us. A fantastic salesman that finds each person products that will truly benefit them. He helped us load up 4 metal troughs by himself, and was incredibly efficient. When you go to a large chain store you don't expect fantastic customer service, but Roger gave us truly exceptional customer service. We will be returning to this store again and absolutely recommend this place....

Always very friendly when we're in. Very clean and organized and neat. Needed help getting, then taking dog food to my car, super helpful to assist me. Prices tho jumped a ton from what we paid last time we bought food, and it wasn't marked as a sale at the time. A bit disappointed in that, not sure now that we will make it our go to on a regular basis for dog food, not the cheap stuff, but will continue to watch for sales. But a fun store to...
